Quick answers

How do I save my friend?

Swipe a squishy into a neighboring space, or tap two neighbors. Match three or more of the same friend. Fill RESCUE before danger reaches 100% or your moves run out. Matches of four and five give extra rescue power.

How do ice and boosters work?

Match beside ice to chip it. Double frost takes two hits. BURST clears a 3 × 3 area, REMIX rearranges the existing pieces, and SHIELD reduces danger. Each booster can be used once per level.

I cannot hear the game.

Open Pause → Cozy Settings. Turn Sound and Music on, then tap Play Sound Test. Check your device's media volume and whether sound is going to Bluetooth headphones. Vibration also depends on device support.

Can I resume after closing the app?

Yes. Ongoing rescues are saved when the board settles. If the app closes during a chain reaction, it returns to the previous stable checkpoint. Stars, coins, accessories, and settings are stored on your device. There is no account or cloud-sync feature.

Do accessories cost real money?

No. Rescue friends to earn coins. Use those coins in the dressing room. The bow is free and purchased accessories stay unlocked in your local save. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Can I reduce animations?

Open Pause → Cozy Settings → Gentle Motion. The game also respects the device's Reduce Motion setting. Music, sound, and vibration can be adjusted separately.

How do I clear my saved progress?

The app stores progress locally. Deleting the app and its data through iOS removes its local save. Reinstalling from a device backup may restore previously backed-up app data.
